4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking or other permitted methods.
  • All transactions shall be in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • For orders above INR 2,00,000, PAN details may be required as per law.
  • Invoices will be provided along with order confirmation.

5. DELIVERY

  • Orders shall be delivered within the timelines indicated at the time of checkout (subject to unforeseen delays).
  • Risk and title pass to the User upon delivery at the shipping address provided.
  • Delays due to natural calamities, logistic issues, political disruptions etc. will not hold Sant Telecom liable for compensation.

6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days (except products/services marked as non-returnable).
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and with all tags, packaging, invoice and accessories.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4–6 business days after successful quality check.
  • Refund will be made through the original payment method only.

7. LIABILITY

Unless expressly stated otherwise, liability of Sant Telecom shall be strictly limited to the price of the purchased product/service.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are owned by Sant Telecom or licensed to it. Users may not use them without prior written consent.

9. VIRUSES & SECURITY

Users must not misuse the website by introducing harmful software, attempting unauthorized access, or conducting denial-of-service attacks.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites for information purposes. Sant Telecom shall not be responsible for their content or damages arising from their use.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Sant Telecom shall not be held liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control such as natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, cyber-attacks etc.

12. INDEMNITY

User agrees to indemnify and hold Sant Telecom harmless from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses resulting from misuse, breach, or violation of these Conditions.

13. TERMINATION

Sant Telecom reserves the right to terminate user accounts in case of violation of policies or misuse of services.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Indian law. Courts at Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of disputes.
