RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Returns

We provide a 7-day return period from the date of delivery confirmation for eligible products.

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Important: Please inspect the package before accepting it. Do not accept any package that shows signs of tampering or damage.


2. Non-returnable / Exchangeable Products

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or tampered.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items sold as sets/combinations (cannot be returned individually).
  • End of Season Sale (EOSS) merchandise.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with price tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
  • The product should be adequately packed to avoid damage in transit.
  • Returns without essentials (tags/invoice) will not be accepted.

4. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery .
  • We will arrange for a return pickup and process the refund after a quality check.
  • A full refund will be provided if the defect is confirmed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes the quality check.
  • Refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund timeline:  Post approval we will process the refund with in 7 business days and it will be credited to original payment method with in 10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (details will be requested from you).

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • In case of successful cancellation, the full paid amount will be refunded (excluding delivery charges, if applicable).
  • If we are unable to process your order due to unforeseen reasons (stock unavailability, incorrect address, technical issues), we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

7. Return Shipping Process

  • If pickup is arranged by us, kindly hand over the product to our delivery partner.
  • In case of self-return, ensure proper courier slip/proof of delivery is shared with us.
  • Maximum 2 pickup attempts will be made by our logistics partner.

8. Exchange or Replace Product:

  • Exchange or Replace Product will be deliver with in 10 Business days
