Welcome to Travel with Business (owned & operated by Sant Telecom). Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

• We use trusted courier partners like Delhivery, 

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping fee of ₹60–₹99 may apply for orders below ₹999.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered email/phone number.

• You can track your order status on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

• While we try to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier issues.

• In case of major delays, we will notify you by email/phone.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not provide international shipping. Orders are accepted within India only.

7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

• Please provide the correct address and contact details while ordering.

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept.
